The following contains an overview of Horisont Gruppen’s membership terms for partnerships and personal memberships as well as delivery terms and conditions for advertising through Horisont Gruppen’s media channels: magazines, online media platforms and newsletters.

 

Members: Partnerships, corporate members and personal memberships

 

General terms
As the publisher, Horisont Gruppen A/S reserves the right to regularly make changes to online media platforms, structures, designs and products. 
Partnerships, corporate members and personal memberships (hereinafter referred to as “the member”) are sold through subscriptions, and the member is responsible for the content of their submissions, including all content published through their username and password. 
As the publisher, Horisont Gruppen A/S cannot be held liable in the event that an advertisement, position or submission is considered in breach of the law or in violation of the rights of a third party.

 

Cookie and Privacy Policy
As the publisher, Horisont Gruppen A/S processes personal data and has therefore adopted a Cookie and Privacy Policy that informs you how we process your personal data to ensure fair and transparent processing. We only process personal data for specific purposes and for legitimate interests. We only process personal data that is relevant and necessary to the fulfilment of the stated purpose, and we erase your data when it is no longer necessary to retain it. When you become a member or subscribe to the newsletter from our website and use our services, you confirm that you have read and understood our personal data protection policy and the information about the collection, storage and management of data contained therein.

 

Support and service
Upgrade your partnership to a Standard-partnership to receive full service and support by Phone, E-mail and Chat - Our support team can also handle all the practical matters relating to the administration of your partnership.

  • We can publish all types of content for you
  • Our team can regularly visit your website to find news and inspiration for content to publish with your approval, as well as other informational material such as events, job openings, brochures, etc.
  • Regular follow-up and advice that ensures you retain a presence in the community through publishing content

Recycling content
Any information relating to member is the responsibility of the member. The member assumes liability in relation to third parties in the event of violating the rights of third parties, e.g. copyright for articles, photographs and other material published by the subscriber. 
Horisont Gruppen A/S reserves the right to use and re-publish published material, e.g. in printed editions or through the publisher’s other media channels and platforms.

 

Subscription period, billing and price
Memberships or partnerships are generally invoiced as ongoing subscriptions for a period of one year at a time, and the subscription period is automatically renewed unless otherwise agreed. 
The subscriber is invoiced according to the choice the subscriber made in their registration or as agreed with a contact person from Horisont Gruppen A/S. 
The price is the one which applies at any given time for an annual subscription published in the media information, price list on the media platform in question. The price is adjusted every year per. 1 January with the percentage increase in Nettoprisindekset, however a minimum of 3%. The invoice is sent to the registered company's contact person who has ordered the subscription.

Payment terms
The payment deadline will be stated on the invoice. If a payment is not received before the deadline, Horisont Gruppen A/S is entitled to charge interest on overdue payment pursuant to the Danish Overdue Payments Interest Act (Bekendtgørelse af lov om renter og andre forhold ved forsinket betaling (renteloven)). An administration fee will also be charged for issuing a payment reminder.

 

Termination of subscription
To terminate a subscription, the member must send an e-mail to Abo@horisontgruppen.dk or to the consultant with whom the agreement was made. The subscription must be terminated no later than 30 days before the end of a subscription period.

 

Limitation of liability
Horisont Gruppen A/S is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the portal’s operation or content. Among other things, this applies to operating losses, payments made in vain and claims raised by third parties that may arise or become apparent as a result of errors or omissions on portals published and operated by Horisont Gruppen A/S or content on these portals, delayed or missing submissions as well as network-related problems related to the portal

 

 

 

 

Advertising in media - magazines, online media platforms and newsletter

 

Advertisement submissions
All material for Horisont Gruppen’s media must be sent to kundeservice@horisontgruppen.dk. If the submitted material requires further additional layout adjustments, the subscriber will automatically be charged a layout adjustment fee of DKK 650 unless otherwise agreed

 

Deadline, publication and cancellation
Advertising material must be submitted before the end of the applicable deadline date at the time in question stated in the media information of the media in question as well as in the order confirmation sent as the basis of the advertising agreement. The planned publishing date is also stated in the media information and on order confirmations associated with the advertisement placement.

If an ordered advertisement must be removed from publication due to not being received by the deadline stated in the media information for the publication in question or due to not having received sufficient material, the advertiser remains liable for the agreed payment sum. The same condition also applies in cases where an alternative later deadline has been agreed with Horisont Gruppen.

Advertisers are free to withdraw a booked advertisement space before the deadline for the publication in question. If the advertiser wishes to withdraw a booked advertisement after the deadline, the advertiser remains liable for the agreed payment sum for the advertisement.

 

Timely cancellation of orders
Agreed advertisement placements can be cancelled no later than 30 days before the applicable deadline, which can be found in the order confirmation or in the applicable media information.

If the cancellations are part of a broader agreement, the percentage discount given for the placements and exposures prior to the cancelled advertisements will be post-invoiced.

We send out timely service e-mails to help advertisers remember to submit advertisement material.

Ad placement
Advertisers can purchase a special placement in Horisont Gruppen’s print magazines and newsletters for an additional fee. A separate agreement can also be arranged for exclusive banner exposure, ownership and sponsorships on Horisont Gruppen’s media platforms for an additional fee.

 

Advertisement restrictions and notifiers
If there is a chance that an advertisement may be perceived as editorial content, Horisont Gruppen reserves the right to add an “advertisement” notifier to the advertisement.

Horisont Gruppen reserves the right to reject advertisements that deemed offensive to third parties or with religious purposes.

 

Layout assistance for content production
For a DKK 650 fee pr. hour, Horisont Gruppen’s production team can assist with the layout of advertisements for magazines, online media and newsletters. If you would like assistance from the editorial team with content production and planning, please contact us via the contact details below.
